Groucho Marx once quipped "Time flies like an arrow, Fruit flies like a banana"
Living only 8 to 15 days, the Specifically for Seniors podcast has very little usefulness for a fruit fly, but for older adult humans the podcast, over this first season, has included conversations with iconic comedians, journalists, professional photographers, physicians and dentists, financial advisers and TED talk presenters. We have tried to cover items of interest to those of us in the "Remember when..." generations.
Season Two of Specifically for Seniors will drop on August 1, 2022. Our headliner then will be the "Father of Digital Art" Laurence Gartel whose work has been exhibited at the Museum of Modern Art, Joan Whitney Payson Museum, Long Beach Museum of Art, Princeton Art Museum, PS 1, Norton Museum and in the permanent collections of the Smithsonian Institution's Museum of American History and the Bibliotheque Nationale. He has been commissioned to produce artwork for Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake, Red Hot Chili Peppers, as well as for corporations such as Coca Cola, Philip Morris, Walt Disney, National Basketball Association, Gibson Guitars, Bang & Olufsen, and known to most for his ABSOLUT GARTEL ad for Absolut Vodka.
In the meantime, all episodes of the Specifically for Seniors podcast are online for your enjoyment. Be sure to FOLLOW or SUBSCRIBE to the channel and we will let you know when new episodes are available.
